With seven years of experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, accounting, and human resources, Courtney Furman has built a strong foundation for successfully operating her business. Her background includes managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, financial reporting, and reconciliation across various industries, including non-profits, manufacturing, service providers, and the arts sector.
In addition to her financial expertise, Courtney has a strong administrative background, encompassing calendar and email management, document preparation and organization, filing system management, travel arrangements and scheduling, data entry and database management, project management and coordination, customer support, meeting preparation and follow-up, website management, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals to streamline business operations.
Furthermore, she is in the process of obtaining key certifications, including QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Certified Public Bookkeeper, and Certified Administrative Professional, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining high service standards and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
